Rapid Fire Group and Streamline Realty Proactively Embrace KY’s New Real Estate Legislation

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Lexington, Kentucky, June 26, 2023

As the real estate industry continues to evolve, Rapid Fire Group and Streamline Realty LLC jointly affirm their proactive approach to change. In light of Kentucky’s House Bill 62, which redefines real estate brokerage and affects the way equitable interest in real estate contracts is advertised, both companies are leading the way in compliance with the new law. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of practice, which includes adapting to all regulatory changes with optimism, confidence, and professionalism.

We are in the process of reviewing all our current and prospective real estate contracts, made through our partnering brokerage Streamline Realty LLC, to identify any equitable interest advertisements that would be affected by this new legislation. This includes enhancing our internal auditing procedures to ensure all our advertisements meet the new legal requirements. We are also planning to conduct a comprehensive training program for our teams to ensure they fully understand the implications of House Bill 62 and the necessary changes to our operations.

“Rapid Fire Group has always strived to stay ahead of the curve, and this legislation is no different,” said Eric Martin, COO at Rapid Fire Group. “We see House Bill 62 as an opportunity to further increase transparency and trust with our clients, reinforcing our commitment to best-in-class service.”

Adding to this sentiment, Daniel Zabala, Principal Broker at Streamline Realty, LLC, said, “We are excited to be working with Rapid Fire Group as they are committed to improving communities one house at a time.”
